Description:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Dispatch & Logistics:
· Coordinate with dispatch and logistics teams for vehicle allotment and material movement.
· Create and manage outbound delivery and dispatch documentation in SAP (SD Module).
· Ensure real-time updates of vehicle status through VTS integration.
· Generate gate passes and transport challans using SAP.
· Track dispatch schedules and ensure adherence to delivery timelines.
2. Billing & Invoicing:
· Process sales orders, delivery notes, and invoices in SAP.
· Validate dispatch documents and ensure accurate billing against delivered quantities.
· Coordinate with the accounts department for timely invoicing and GST compliance.
· Maintain billing reports and reconcile invoices with dispatch entries.
3. Production Entry:
· Record daily production data in SAP (PP/MM module).
· Maintain production order entries, goods movement (GRN), and stock updates.
· Cross-check physical stock and system entries to ensure accuracy.
· Support production planning and control by updating shift-wise production logs.
4. Daily E-Process / Reporting (eProck):
· Prepare daily MIS reports related to dispatch, production, and stock status.
· Upload and maintain digital records of production, dispatch logs, and invoices.
· Share daily dashboards with management for review and analysis.
· Support audit processes through proper documentation in SAP and offline logs.
5. VTS Monitoring:
· Monitor live vehicle tracking through VTS and ensure on-time delivery updates.
· Coordinate with drivers, transporters, and dispatch team in case of delays or route issues.
· Generate VTS reports for delivery status, delays, and trip completion.

Experience: Skills & Competencies: Hands-on experience in SAP (Modules: SD, MM, PP). Knowledge of dispatch, logistics, and billing processes. · Familiarity with VTS software and logistics tracking systems. · Strong Excel and report generation skills.
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, or equivalent) or related fields. Technical / Functional Skills, SAP Module Knowledge – Depending on the department: SAP for Sales & Dispatch, SAP PP for SAP PP for Production Planning, MS Office Proficiency.
